Rebound Program

This 6 week program has been developed to help you to begin a journey of recovery. It’s a stepping stone in your personal journey to help to move you towards a positive state of physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Before you begin your program you will be provided with a introduction to Jonathan online training Module 1, the videos will help to  explaining the process. You will be given exercises to get you thinking, and you will receive a task after each session that you will be required to do at home between your sessions.

This program is great for clients that want to improve their health and wellness, that are perhaps suffering with an acute condition that they cannot shift, such as:

Or perhaps you are suffering with , Anger issues, Panic attacks . 

You may just be at a point in your life where you  are exhausted from trying to be stronger than you feel and you cannot ever envisage being happy again.

If you want to live the rest of your life feeling more than just FINE then this is a great program for you to propel you onto your healing journey.
