Anxiety & procrastination
I am so happy that Jonathan was recommended to me by a friend. I was very skeptical about having my first couple of sessions but went in with an open mind. I’m still not 100% sure why it works but it has without a doubt helped me.
When I first reached out to Jonathan, I found myself in a state of heightened anxiety and procrastination when it came to doing life admin tasks. I was experiencing anxiety attacks every couple of weeks where usually it would have only been once every other year. I wasn’t sure what was happening within me as I didn’t feel depressed, but I knew that this was not me. I had no reason to be in a state of emotional despair and yet there I was waking up every day trying to deal with the monotony of normal life.
I haven’t had an anxiety attack since working with Jonathan which has been such a relief. I am feeling more in tune with myself and doing the normal admin life stuff that I had been postponing for 2 years.
In one of our sessions, I was experiencing severe flu symptoms feeling miserable and wanting to curl in a hole for the day. By the end of that session, my symptom had been alleviated by 80%. I was in shock that it worked!?! The remaining symptoms proceeded to pass over the course of the next couple of days.
What I appreciate about Jonathan is that he listens, shows empathy & compassion with humour which makes you feel at ease. Calls you out on your nonsense and teaches you how to do DTO by yourself so you can navigate difficult circumstances should they arise. I would not hesitate and will continue to recommend Jonathan to everyone.
