What is D.T.O.?
DTO is a simple but powerful process that I have been using for the past 12 years to create life changing experiences for my clients in health relationships & performance. In a nut shell it allows us to heal or as I say switch off our negative Memories, limiting Beliefs, destructive Behaviours and our challenging Triggers that have all been stored and playing in our unconscious that are causing us to suffer and struggle with our health and life problems

How Does D.T.O. work?
D.T.O. Works In 3 Phases
Phase One : Understanding
To be able to solve a problem, whether it’s a health problem or life situation, we need to understand the cause. DTO teaches a new understanding of how our brains work and shows us the underlying root cause.
Phase Two : Pinpointing
Once we understand how our minds and body work together, we need to pinpoint our own specific root cause. DTO provides a simple blueprint for us to do this. We can then do phase three and start healing it.
Phase Three : Switching off
Once we have pinpointed our own specific root cause, we can apply DTO and start healing the memories, triggers, beliefs and behaviours that are causing our problem.

The 5 elements that cause all of
our problems
There are 5 elements that make up the puzzle of whats causing our stress. these 5 elements cause us to go into fight and flight and then cause all types of problems from health issues to life problems and beyond.

Negative Memories/Traumas
Negative memories/traumas is where it all starts. the other 4 elements are created from this first element
Triggers
Triggers are things that remind us unconciously of the memory a person or situation e.g. a song or
Beliefs
Beliefs are things that we think are true either about ourselves or the world or people e.g. im not good enough or life is hard etc
Behaviours
Behaviours are the things we do when we ger triggered like snap or become defensive or tense our bodies etc.
Sabotage
Sabotage is our unconscious stoping us from getting better or reaching our goals because we have identified with out problem or because we feel guilty so we don't believe we deserve
